{"id":740,"date":"2006-04-09T00:02:58","date_gmt":"2006-04-08T22:02:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lachartreuse.org\/web\/?p=740"},"modified":"2023-08-05T20:29:50","modified_gmt":"2023-08-05T18:29:50","slug":"lavenir-du-domaine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.lachartreuse.org\/web\/lavenir-du-domaine\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;avenir du domaine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<br>L&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;ancien domaine militaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendu&nbsp;en 2003 \u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re, IMMO GERARDRIE, qui l&rsquo;a divis\u00e9 en trois lots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le premier lot comprend BM18 (cuisine), les BM 19 et 20 (blocs \u00ab\u00a01939\u00a0\u00bb) ainsi que l&rsquo;h\u00e9liport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le deuxi\u00e8me lot comprend le BM22 (Maison Lambinon), le BM23 (salle de gymnastique), le BM24 (cuisines), le BM25 (mess troupes), Le BM32a (poste \u00e0 essence), les BM 33 et 37 (man\u00e8ges) ainsi que quelques b\u00e2timents annexes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce lot comprend \u00e9galement les dalles b\u00e9tonn\u00e9es entre la&nbsp;partie plate du thier de la Chartreuse&nbsp;et les remparts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le troisi\u00e8me lot est constitu\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents du r\u00e9duit, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de la poudri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les remparts, les terrains le long de la rue des Fusill\u00e9s et le parc des oblats restent propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la Ville de Li\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bastion des Fusill\u00e9s et les monuments de l&rsquo;esplanade resteraient propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la D\u00e9fense nationnale. \u00ab\u00a0Resteraient\u00a0\u00bb car curieusement, alors que le bastion et le monument du troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9nie faisaient bien partie de l&rsquo;acte de vente des zones vertes \u00e0 la Ville de Li\u00e8ge en 1998, ils ont&nbsp;\u00e9trangement \u00ab\u00a0gliss\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb vers la D\u00e9fense Nationale sur les derniers plans que nous avons vus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le deuxi\u00e8me lot a \u00e9t\u00e9 achet\u00e9 par&nbsp;le promoteur immobilier&nbsp;MATEXI, les lots 1 et&nbsp;3 n&rsquo;ont toujours pas trouv\u00e9 d&rsquo;acheteur s\u00e9rieux. Or, MATEXI n&rsquo;a aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 commencer les constructions \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du corps de place tant qu&rsquo;une solution n&rsquo;aura pas \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e pour le reste. Qui irait acheter une maison ou un appartement \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d&rsquo;un chancre?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actuellement, MATEXI fait assainir sa zone. Les man\u00e8ges sont d\u00e9molis, les autres b\u00e2timents en cours de d\u00e9molition et les dalles de b\u00e9ton \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur vont \u00eatre cass\u00e9es. Il est vraisemblable que MATEXI va commencer par urbaniser le thier de la Chartreuse, plus facile \u00e0 vendre puisque ne d\u00e9pendant g\u00e9ographiquement pas des autres lots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la demande de MATEXI, un groupement international d&rsquo;architectes s&rsquo;est regroup\u00e9 pendant deux semaines pour une \u00ab\u00a0charette urbanistique\u00a0\u00bb afin de r\u00e9aliser un plan d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement global du domaine (sauf le parc).
