(02.11.17)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lachartreuse.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/matexi-avis-urbanisme-102017-full.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1500\" height=\"2048\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lachartreuse.org\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/matexi-avis-urbanisme-102017-full.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2070\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Avis officiel extrait du journal Vlan-Spectacle<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La firme <strong>Matexi<\/strong> lance son projet d&rsquo;urbanisation de la portion du <em><strong>site de la Chartreuse<\/strong><\/em> acquise il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La parcelle concern\u00e9e, 1404r32 longe la <em>rue du thier de la Chartreuse<\/em> de la <em>rue des Fusill\u00e9s<\/em> jusqu&rsquo;au <strong>Monument du 15e de Ligne<\/strong> et fait face aux immeubles existants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;avis d&rsquo;urbanisme annonce une enqu\u00eate publique s&rsquo;\u00e9talant du 16 octobre (date de signature de l&rsquo;avis qui sera \u00e0 ce moment appos\u00e9 sur le site) au 15 novembre. Les propri\u00e9taires dans un rayon de 200 m\u00e8tres de la parcelle concern\u00e9e auraient d\u00e9j\u00e0 personnellement re\u00e7u l&rsquo;avis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On y fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 des articles du <strong>CWATUP<\/strong> (Code Wallon de l&rsquo;Am\u00e9nagement du Territoire d&rsquo;Urbanisme et du Patrimoine) alors que celui-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 le 1er juin dernier par le <strong>CoDT<\/strong> (Code du D\u00e9veloppement Territorial). Cependant le type de demande introduite par la firme <strong>Matexi<\/strong> semble encore relever du CWATUP.
